Format:
Teams are made up of 2 players, 1 male, 1 female.
Your pair of players will play with and against the other pairs of players in your pool in 4v4 in King of the Beach format.
Co-Ed 4v4 (at least 2 genders on the court at all times)
ALL PLAYERS MUST BE 21+
Doors open at 12:00 pm. Teams must check in BY 12:15pm
Each team will play a minimum of 3 games guaranteed in pool play, then we'll start the single elimination tournament to determine the Beach Royalty!
One must register the team and then will send an invite through the system to their partner. Team players MUST register through the invite link sent by the captain.

Saddle up and suit up for the Cowboys vs Aliens Mix & Match Sand Volleyball Tournament! Will you ride in guns blazing or beam down to dominate the court with otherworldly skill? Choose your side and battle for sand supremacy!
🛸 Dress the part:
🤠 Go full cowboy: Think hats, boots, fringe, vests, bandanas—wild west vibes encouraged.
👽 Alien invasion: Rock metallics, antennae, glowing gear, or intergalactic styles.
🏆 Best look wins: The most out-of-this-world (or wild west) costume might take home the cosmic crown.
🔥 No laser guns or lassoing—just volleyball (and a little smack talk).
🛰 Bring the heat, but let your skills do the talking.

MIX & MATCH EXPLANATION:
Players sign up as individuals.
You are randomly placed on a team per match.
Match = 1 game.
You will never play with the same team twice.
🏅 Points are tracked individually based on your match scores.
Example: If your team wins 21-13
➕ Winners get +8 points
➖ Other team gets -8 points
You'll rotate teams each match and keep collecting points.
👽🚀 Bracket play is based on individual point totals from pool play.
🤠 Ties are broken by total wins per player.
Tournament structure may shift depending on sign-ups.
