Beach Body Bootcamp is a full body workout sequenced with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises in the sand. Combining HIIT & sand workouts build cardiovascular fitness, improves muscular strength and endurance and provides low impact workouts to aid in joint/ligament stability.

You will be challenged to push yourself to YOUR limits. You will be surrounded by a supporting and committed community. Are you ready to jump in the sand and see how far the beach can take you!? LET'S GET IT!!
